I love this dip because it was easy. I am not that excited about basil but have family members who LOVE it. With that said, I love this because I can stick all the ingredients in my Bosch blender. It is done in minutes and I simply pour the dip in the bowl and serve. You can also serve this dip with fresh veggies...cucumbers, carrots, broccoli. However, most think of super bowl as a junk food time so I served it with pita chips...sort of on the healthy side. :)
Basil Dip
2 cups Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Blend and serve!!
