Strawberry Pie!

1 1/4 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups fresh strawberries
2 Tbs. butter

Mix raw sugar, cinnamon and whole wheat pastry flour together.  Fold in strawberries.   Place strawberry filling in whole wheat pastry dough

 
Dot strawberry filling with cubed butter.  Cover with top crust.  We used the lattice pie topper to make this easy pie



Bake 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until crust is slightly brown.
