'Grilled Yams' from the Xagave Cookbook by Stephen Richards

Ingredients:
* Yams
* Olive Oil
* Xagave
Steps:
Peel and slice yams (about 1/4" thick)
Brush with olive oil and grill on low heat about 5-8 min. per side
Drizzle with Xagave and serve!
