Grilled Yams

'Grilled Yams' from the Xagave Cookbook by Stephen Richards
(see my web site for this cookbook and for more free Xagave recipes)

  • Yams
  • Olive Oil
  • Xagave
  • Peel and slice yams (about 1/4" thick)
  • Brush with olive oil and grill on low heat about 5-8 min. per side
  • Drizzle with Xagave and serve!
