In 1985,a year after I had been making bread with my new fangled bosch mixer, my hubby suggested we should start milling our own flour. I replied, "Why would I want to mill my own flour?" I thought it very odd thing to do. Now, 26 years later, I am still milling away and couldn't imagine using store bought flour!
