Blender Cornbread-Gluten Free!

This will help to make your prep for Thanksgiving easy. Blender cornbread for your turkey stuffing! Not only was this so easy to make BUT it is a great tasting cornbread.

Simply put the below ingredients in the blender and blend away!
1 cup milk
3 Tbs honey
1 1/3 cups whole corn (I use popcorn to make cornmeal)
1/4 cup melted butter
When grain is pulverized add:
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Bake in 8x8 square pan. 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

Note from Paula: Using fresh ground corn will make your cornbread tastes so much better because all the nutrients are in the grain.
