4 avocados
3 handfuls cilantro (or 2 Tbls dried)
1/2 cup fresh blender salsa* (see below)
Season to taste with salt and garlic powder
Not only is this the step by step pics of making the avocado dip BUT it is also a step by step on an easy way to clean the avocado. Use your pastry blender to mix the dip!





*Fresh salsa Recipe:
6 Tomatoes chopped
1/2 large onion diced
2 small garlic cloves crushed
1 red, yellow and orange bell pepper
2 handfuls chopped cilantro diced*
juice from 1/2 a lime
Blend all in your Bosch Blender. Makes 5 cups of salsa. It actually looks and taste better the next day because the flavors blend together and the color turns a deeper red.
