What is the big deal with Cookie Paddles? The Bosch Universal Mixer comes with the gourmet whisks. They do a great job mixing and can make your cookies. As you can see from the picture, the cookie dough balls up into the gourmet whisks. It works but you have to push the dough out of whip.
The cookie paddles mix the cookie dough and the dough is able to pass through the paddle making it more user friendly. The other plus for the cookie paddles is that they are able to do heavier batters. You can see from the recipe that we are doing a oatmeal, cranberry, apple cookie! Will be posting this cookie soon.
