Luscious Brownies

1/2 cup Xagave (click here)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup soft pastry flour (click here)
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

In your Bosch Universal mixer, beat xagave, eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Combine dry ingredients; then add them to the liquid batter. Mix well. Pour into greased 8" stainless steel square pan (click here). Bake 350 degrees for 25 min. or until brownies are done in the center. Can check doneness with wooden tooth pick in the center of brownies.

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar (oops not so healthy!)
6 Tbs baking cocoa
1/4 cup milk
