Easy Ezekiel Bread




I simply used the basic bread recipe to make this wonderful Ezekiel Bread. Instead of whole wheat flour, I used the Ezekiel mix ground into fresh flour. (Click here for basic bread recipe)

The grains in the pre-made mix from Rainey Day Foods does not have enough gluten to make a stand alone bread. So, I varied the basic bread recipe by adding 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten (click here to learn more)
