A Hannah creation!
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup honey or xagave
(click here for sugar substitute)1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Simply add them in order. This is a die for smoothie. Full of protein via yogurt. Also note, the old classic blender fits the new Bosch Plus. This is one of the wonderful things about the Bosch is that your machine is not obsolete nor your parts.
