6 almonds
2 cups milk
1/ 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs malted milk powder
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cup frozen bananas
Simply add in order of recipe. We added 1 tsp.almond extract as we love almond!
Note from Paula: When blending your frozen fruits you need to cut them in small chunks as fruit is fibrous. The frozen banana will be like a tough rope and strawberries are fibrous rocks.
