A little late on posting our 4th celebration but still see the aftermath on our driveway! We didn't celebrate as much this year as it was drizzling and the fireworks didn't work well with rain. Even with so little fireworks, the kids managed to cover our driveway with their firecrackers.
I didn't win on having grilled pizza over the traditional hamburgers for our 4th celebration day but we did have the grilled pizza the day before. Be sure to see the post about making your own grilled pizza.
I am so grateful to live in America and am glad that our July 4th celebration is to commemorate very brave men who fought for our freedom and wrote our constitution. Truly this is the land I love.
