Cinnamon Rolls with a "Twist!"
The key to this new cinnamon roll is not the ingredients but the way you design them. This is a beautiful presentation and so easy to make!
Use the Basic Bosch Bread Recipe (click here for recipe)
I used the 3 loaf recipe to make this complete ring.
Instructions:
Roll the dough in a rectangle.
Pour and spread a melted stick of butter over the rectangle and then cover with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll into jelly roll and then make this log into a ring.
Use your kitchen scissors to cut 3/4 way through the ring.
Twist the cut parts on their sides.
You can let it rise but I stuck it right into the oven!
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or golden brown!
The kitchen scissors I used to cut the ring are must for every kitchen! I use these scissors for everything. They are sharp enough to bone a chicken and perfect for cutting pizza or in this case a cinnamon ring
