Oven Tacos done in 10 MINUTES

This is a fast recipe to make and you can prepare it ahead of time to have more time with your family for Super Bowl or any other fun activity.  This past Christmas, we had the joy of having ALL our kids home for the holidays.  This equated to 26 people visiting 24/7 for a week at our home.  This meant breakfast, lunch and dinner being prepared each day.  In my better prepared moments, I have meals pre-made so I am not in the kitchen the whole time.  This is a meal that is quick to prepare and filling.

For Super Bowl, this is a heartier type meal to make.  If you only have is snacks, your football crowd will eat like there is no tomorrow simply because the junk food doesn't fill them up!  Hearty foods that appear to be junk food will hit the spot.

Oven Tacos in Minutes
12 Whole Wheat flour tortillas
2# ground beef browned & drained
1 20 oz can re-fried beans
2 Tbs taco seasoning
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 Tbs sour cream per taco
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Mix browned ground beef, re-fried beans and tomato sauce. Spoon into soft taco. Stack the tacos next to each other leaving the tacos open on the top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and dab sour cream in each taco. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
