Patriotic Blueberry Pie

Happy Birthday America!!

8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whipped heavy cream*
21 oz. can blueberry pie filling**
2 graham crusts

In your Bosch mixer, beat cream cheese till creamy; add the lemonade and condensed milk. Fold in the heavy whipped cream and blueberry pie filling.  Refrigerate till set.  Garnish with fresh blueberries and whipped cream.

*I whipped heavy cream with the Bosch gourmet whips adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar.  This helps to thicken/sweeten the cream.  Just be careful as the Bosch mixer is so strong you can make butter in a flash! :)  Speaking from experience! lol

**I made two variations of this pie.  If you use fresh blueberries it works and tastes just as good.  However, you won't get the beautiful blue look you might want for your patriotic celebration.  The gel in the blueberry pie filling turns the cream cheese mixture the right color!
