Easy Home Made Chicken Pot Pie

This is a fast prep meal to make. I am known as the casserole gal. It doesn't lean itself toward gourmet looks/presentation, but cooking with casseroles has been my life saver in getting food on the table for my family and still maintaining the household. This is one of my regular meals and the kids love it. I have combined several recipes to create my own. Who would have thought to put cream cheese in their chicken-pock-pie? :)

3 boneless chicken breast cooked/shredded
1 32 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken OR mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 8oz. package of cream cheese

Cook and then shred the hot chicken in your bosch bowl using the gourmet whips. Is that easy or what?

Combine in bowl: shredded chicken, vegetables, cream soup, water/chicken bouillon dissolved.

Place in large casserole dish and dab the cream cheese randomly over the vegetable/chicken mixture. The cream cheese melts and makes the sauce creamy and oh so good.

Cover with a pie crust (click here to see how you can easily make a pie crust in minutes with your Bosch food processor attachment!)

Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
