Homemade Blueberry Pie....YUM!

Pie Crust Made Easy:

Blueberry filling from Food net:
6 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar (we used 1/2 Xagave: click here)
1 cup blueberry jam
3 Tbs. whole wheat flour
Grated zest and juice from 1 lemon*
2 Tbs. butter diced

We used the Bosch citrus juicer to quickly get the necessary juice. A wonderful attachment for your mixer! (Click here)
