32 Dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies in Minutes!

Humm....do I seem to be highlighting desserts? Sorry, I guess this is our vice. I do know this is a much wanted recipe. I have stated on my Bread Making DVD and several times to you all, the Bosch Universal Mixer is a wonderful, POWERFUL stand mixer!

Here is our quadruple Chocolate Chip cookie recipe via Toll House. We made 9# of cookie dough and it made 33 dozen...that means 400 cookies 2"...!! This is some big time cookie time!! So what do you do with this many cookies? We make half the dough into cookies and then freeze the dough in small quantities to have fresh cookies by simply thawing the dough and baking. Just like you see the 'instant' cookies in the freezer section of your store. Now, you have the good for you cookie with ease. Do desserts qualify as good for you? Let's see, the butter and the glass of milk I have to have with my cookies will be my dairy; the chocolate bean will be my antioxidant, whole wheat flour for my fiber...okay, I know I am stretching my indulgence but it sounds good. :)

Combine in separate bowl:
9 cups fresh ground whole wheat pastry flour
4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. salt

Combine in Bosch Mixer bowl with your cookie paddles and beat until creamy:
4 cups softened buttered
3 cups raw sugar
3 cups brown sugar
4 tsp. vanilla extract
8 beaten eggs
6 cups chocolate chips

Gradually add flour mixture to the wet mixture. Now, add 6 cups chocolate chips. If you want to add nuts, you can but need to switch to the dough hook.

Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 min. on ungreased cookie sheet.

Enjoy! There is nothing like a good chocolate chip cookie with a glass of milk...or coffee.

  1. I'd like to try this recipe. Do these spread out? I tend to have that problem when using ww for cookies.

  2. They make a great round cookie. I find that my cookies spread out when I melt the butter as opposed to having it room temperature. Enjoy the cookies! :)
