Creamed Eggs

So what do you do with all those Easter Eggs? Our family, namely my hubby, loves creamed eggs!

White Sauce:
1 stick butter melted
1 cup soft wheat flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 cups milk
Stir butter, salt and flour till thickened. Add milk slowly till well mixed and heat over low fire till thick cream mixture.

Add sliced boiled eggs as the cream mixture thickens. You can garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.

Serve over whole wheat toast! Delicious. Enjoy.
