Italian Anyone?

Our family loves Italian food. I guess pasta is a good filler to make all my boys full! One recipe that I created to satisfy our Italian food bent and fill our boys was a Manicotti dish. Yum...you are going to love it!

1 Box Jumbo Manicotti
2# ground turkey (brown/cook)
1 1/2 cottage cheese containers(32 oz)
4 T Italian Seasonings
2 eggs
1 Ragu Spaghetti Sauce(large)*
4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Boil pasta according to directions.

Brown/cook ground turkey. In large bowl mix, crumble cooked ground turkey; add eggs, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning,3 cups of shredded cheese, 3/4 of Ragu sauce.

Fill each manicotti noodle with the meat mixture and place in lasagna pan. Cover with remaining Ragu sauce and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake 30 minutes or until brown. Enjoy!!

*You can use the Pizza Mix and tomato sauce to have a more natural pasta sauce! Click here for this delicious pasta mix.

You may note that I am using my stainless steel lasagna pan. I love this pan and use it for everything! It is a great serving pan that will help you to serve crowds and a great pan for dinner rolls. Click here to see more about this pan!
