Hard to believe 30 years has passed since the dreamy "I do" was said by my hubby and I! Thirty years seemed so far out and only the really old had been married that long! Humm...now that we are here, I don't picture myself that old and wonder how the time has flown so fast.
Funny how years and growing old together make you more content to simply spend time together over a quiet dinner without all the fan fare. So enjoyed our quiet day.
So, my hubby and I look forward to many more years and dare I say, the Lord willing, will hit the 50 year marker. You know those who have been married that long are really old! Wonder if I will have the same thoughts of my age when I get to that anniversary.
