Gluten-Free Quinoa Baking Mix:

3 parts quinoa flour
3 parts sorghum flour
2 parts potato starch
1 part tapioca starch

Note from Paula: I have not made this myself as we have not had gluten intolerant issues in our family. This however is a great alternative for those who are and want to get back to basics and save money!

Milling quinoa flour is fast and easy! I milled a canister full in my Nutri Mill Grain Grinder in about 3 minutes! Wow! For those with gluten allergies, a Nutri mill will really make your life easier, saving you a ton of money! When you buy the gluten free flours in the store they are not only exorbitant in price but you have lost the nutrition of fresh flour!
