Prize Pumpkin Pie

My Aunt Fern’s Prize Pumpkin Pie

1 Large Can Libby's Pumpkin

4 eggs beaten

2 cups sugar *

1 teaspoon salt

3 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cans Milnot**

*I substituted 1 cup of Xagave for the 2 cups of sugar; **I have used evaporated milk and sometime plain whole milk!

Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees; Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake additional 50 minutes. Two delicious 9" pies!
