Use the Basic Pie Crust recipe. This is a perfect pie crust made in minutes! Let your Bosch mixer do your work!!
1/2 cup jam mixed with 1 tsp corn starch
Step One: Roll pie dough between wax paper. Cut into rectangles.
Step Two: Place one slice pie dough onto cookie sheet. Brush with egg white. (This works as glue to help the top pie dough stick) Dab 1 Tbs jam filling in center.
Step Three: Place top pie dough rectangle on top and use for prongs to seal the two dough together. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes or until golden brown.
